Hartford Funds values your trust and is committed to the responsible management, use and protection of personal information. This Online Privacy Policy is applicable to all the personal information collected by, from or about you during your use of our website https://www.hartfordfunds.com, (the "Website") and its affiliate sites, our mobile applications and any other online connected tools. We will refer to these websites and online connected tools collectively as the "Services" or the "Hartford Funds Services" throughout this Online Privacy Policy.
This Online Privacy Policy supplements, but does not replace, other applicable policies, practices and privacy notices that may relate to specific jurisdictions or business relationships you have with Hartford Funds or to certain products or services, as described in the applicable privacy notice. At the start of our business relationship with you as a shareholder, we will give you a copy of our Privacy Notice that applies to that relationship, if applicable. In the event of a conflict between this Online Privacy Policy and a privacy notice for a specific product or service, the specific product or service privacy notice shall govern.
Information We Collect

- Contact and Identifying Information: We may collect contact and identifying information, such as names, home addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, and in some instances Social Security numbers (see “SSN Protection Policy” section below for more information) and other application information.

- Personal data entered in calculators: When you use calculators and planning tools on the site, you may need to enter information such as your age or even certain dollar amounts like how much you save each month. We don’t collect or store this kind of information. It’s only used to perform the calculation you’re asking for.

Hartford Funds Management Company, LLC (“HFMC”), the mutual funds’ investment adviser, is an indirect subsidiary of The Hartford Insurance Group, Inc. (“The Hartford”). In the event there is a change or contemplated change in the corporate structure of HFMC, such as a merger, consolidation, sale, liquidation or transfer of substantial assets, HFMC or its affiliates may disclose your information and may, in its sole discretion, transfer, sell or assign information collected on and through these Services, including your personal information, to one or more affiliated or nonaffiliated third parties.

The Services contain links to other online services. The operators of those other online services may collect information about you, including through cookies or other technologies. Children's Privacy
Hartford Funds' Services are not directed to or intended for children. Hartford Funds does not knowingly collect or post information from children under the age of 13 (or such other age as may be directed by applicable law), in compliance with laws protecting the privacy of children. Social Media
Hartford Funds maintains profiles and/or pages on various social media sites including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X (formerly called Twitter). If you choose to “Follow” Hartford Funds on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and/or X or take any similar action on another social media site, you are providing your consent to receive information updates, including solicitations, from Hartford Funds. To stop receiving this information from Hartford Funds on a social media site, you must follow the procedure established by the site. For example, on Facebook, you must click “Unlike” on Hartford Funds’ page, and, on LinkedIn and X, you must click “Unfollow” on Hartford Fund’s profile.
How We Protect Information
