The Board of Directors of The Hartford Mutual Funds II, Inc. has approved a proposal to reclassify the Fund from a diversified investment company to a non-diversified investment company. This change is subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming special shareholder meeting anticipated to be held in December 2023. If approved by shareholders, the change will be effective on or about March 1, 2024.
