SI = Since Inception. Fund Inception: 02/29/2016

SI = Since Inception. Predecessor Fund Inception: 2/29/16.

Prior to the close of business on 10/16/26, the Fund operated as an open-end mutual fund (the “Predecessor Fund”) with the same investment objective but a different principal investment strategy as the Predecessor Fund. Prior to 10/19/26, the Predecessor Fund operated a multi-manager structure with two sub-advisers and prior to 11/8/19, the Predecessor Fund had one sub-adviser. The NAV returns prior to the Fund’s listing on the exchange on 10/19/26 include returns of the Predecessor Fund’s Class F-shares through 2/28/17 and, prior to that date, another class of the Predecessor Fund through 2/29/16. The market-price returns began with the Fund’s listing on the exchange on 10/19/26. If the Predecessor Fund had been structured as an exchange-traded fund, the performance may have differed.

Performance data quoted represents past performance and does not guarantee future results. The investment return and principal value of an investment will fluctuate so that an investor's shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost. Current performance may be lower or higher than the performance data quoted.

      Resources

Important Risks: Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Security prices of the Fund's underlying holdings will fluctuate in value depending on general market and economic conditions and the prospects of individual companies. The market price of the Fund's shares will fluctuate in response to changes in the Fund's net asset value, intraday value of the Fund's holdings, and the supply and demand for shares on the exchange. • The Fund is actively managed and does not seek to replicate the performance of a specified index. • Foreign investments may be more volatile and less liquid than U.S. investments and are subject to the risk of currency fluctuations and adverse political, economic and regulatory developments. These risks may be greater, and include additional risks, if the Fund focuses in a particular geographic region or country. • Mid-cap securities can have greater risks and volatility than large-cap securities. • The securities of large market capitalization companies may underperform other segments of the market. • Value investing style may go in and out of favor, which may cause the Fund to underperform other equity funds that use different investing styles. • The value of securities selected using quantitative analysis can perform differently from the market as a whole or from their expected performance. • To the extent the Fund focuses on one or more sectors, the Fund may be subject to increased volatility and risk of loss if adverse developments occur. • The Fund may have high portfolio turnover, which could increase its transaction costs and an investor's tax liability.
Transactions in ETF shares will result in brokerage commissions and will generate tax consequences. All regulated investment companies are obliged to distribute portfolio gains to shareholders.
Premium/discount reflects the relationship between an ETF's market price and its net asset value (NAV). Because ETFs are traded on an exchange, their market prices are in part driven by supply and demand dynamics. The ETF's market price may be above its NAV (reflecting a premium) or below its NAV (reflecting a discount).
